Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase. This email does not constitute acceptance of the order, but merely confirms that we have received your request.

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, among others.
• Bank Transfers: If you wish to make a bank transfer, please contact us for the banking details.
• Cryptocurrencies: We accept Ether as a payment method through our wallet.

Payment must be made in full before processing your order. No shipment will be processed until payment is confirmed.

3. Prices and Availability

The prices of the products are indicated in USD Dollars and may be subject to change without prior notice. The prices of artworks include ITBMS (Goods and Services Transfer Tax), if applicable, and additional shipping costs will be specified during the checkout process. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, although confirmed orders will not be subject to these changes.

The availability of products is subject to variations based on available inventory. If an artwork you have purchased is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you to inform you and offer an alternative product, a refund, or the cancellation of your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery time depends on the customer’s location and the type of product purchased (physical or digital):

• Physical Artworks: The estimated delivery time will be 5 to 15 business days, depending on the buyer’s location. The shipping cost will be calculated at the time of the order and added to the total purchase amount.
• Digital Artworks: Digital artworks will be sent immediately after payment confirmation via a download link that will be sent to your email.

While we strive to process and ship orders efficiently, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, customs delays, or issues with the shipping provider.

5. Return Policy

• Physical Artworks: If the physical artwork you receive is damaged or defective, you may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving the product. You should contact our customer service to initiate the return process. The product must be returned in its original condition, with the packaging intact and showing no signs of use. Return shipping costs will be covered by Arte George Kourany if the product is defective or damaged.
• Digital Artworks: Since digital artworks are downloadable products and cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not accept returns or refunds for digital products, except in cases where there is an error with the file or the file does not function properly. If you encounter technical issues, please contact us for assistance.

6. Refunds

• Physical Artworks: If a return is approved, a refund will be issued for the full purchase amount, excluding the shipping cost, within 15 business days after receiving the returned product. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Digital Artworks: No refunds are provided for digital product purchases unless there is a technical error with the provided file. In such cases, we are committed to resolving the issue or providing a functional file.

7. Changes and Cancellations

If you wish to make a change or cancel an order before it is processed or shipped, you should contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

8. Ownership and Copyright

When purchasing an artwork, whether digital or physical, you acquire ownership of the purchased piece, but Arte George Kourany remains the copyright holder of the artwork. You are not granted rights to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercialize the artwork except for personal use. Any commercial use of the artworks is prohibited without the explicit permission of Arte George Kourany.

9. Data Protection

When making a purchase on the Site, you provide personal data that will be processed according to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except in the cases outlined in that policy.

10. Liability

Arte George Kourany will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the purchase of artworks. Our liability in any case will not exceed the total amount paid for the purchase of the involved products.
