My Career

I was born in Panama City in 1950. From an early age, I showed an interest in the visual arts, influenced by my cultural environment and Panama's artistic legacy.

I entered the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Panama, where I began to forge my artistic identity by exploring different painting techniques.

I travel to Europe, specifically to France, where I connect with other artists and begin to broaden my perspective on modern and contemporary art.

I returned to Panama and began exhibiting my work more formally. My art is recognized for its unique style, which combines surrealism, cubism, and geometric abstraction.

I participated in major international exhibitions. During this decade, my work took on a more abstract style, focusing on exploring Panamanian identity through vivid shapes and colors.

My exhibitions in national and international galleries continue to be acclaimed for their ability to reinvent themselves through a unique approach to Panama's social and cultural issues.

I'm beginning to experiment with digital art, bringing my signature style into the virtual world and expanding its reach to new audiences.

I continue to exhibit my works in private and public collections in Panama, Latin America, and other parts of the world.
