The Site offers physical and digital artworks for sale. Prices listed on the Site are in US Dollars (USD) and may include taxes according to Panamanian legislation. Shipping costs for physical artworks are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated during the purchase process.

• Physical artworks: The purchase of physical artworks is subject to additional shipping costs, which will be specified during the purchase process.
• Digital artworks: When purchasing a digital artwork, the buyer will receive the corresponding digital file for download, with no rights to reproduce, distribute, or modify the artwork.

Payment must be made through the available methods on the Site, and the transaction will be processed in accordance with the terms of the payment providers. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Physical artworks: Physical artworks will be shipped within the timeframes specified on the Site, after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping location.
• Digital artworks: Digital artworks will be delivered immediately through a download link or emailed once payment is confirmed.

Arte George Kourany is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as customs issues, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

6. Return and Refund Policy

• Physical artworks: Returns are only accepted for physical artworks that arrive damaged or defective. The buyer must notify us within 10 days of receiving the artwork to initiate the return process.
• Digital artworks: No returns or refunds are accepted for digital artworks due to the nature of downloadable products.

In both cases, the buyer must follow the procedure specified on the Site to return products and receive a refund if applicable.

7. Liability

Arte George Kourany will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the purchase of artworks. In no event shall our liability exceed the total value of the purchase made.
